The theme for 2021 is Unity. Unity means standing together and supporting each other. At Girls STEM Up, our community is united towards bringing positive change for all women and allies in STEM so we can overcome challenges together!

Girls stem up

Girls STEM Up is the premier conference series, focused on empowering future female leaders in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math, in Atlantic Canada. Our goals are to break down barriers to STEM education and to spark new ideas within diverse communities.

Over 300 students from Atlantic Canada will join us for a revolutionary celebration of diversity and empowerment. Conference day features keynote speakers, breakout sessions, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, educational panels, contests, and so much more.

All individuals, including all gender identities, are encouraged to take part in our events!
