Girls STEM Up is proud to announce our 2026 Conference: The Future in Focus

This year’s theme is centred on our long-term goal of empowering women and girls in STEM to make STEM more accessible for all. With the future in focus, Girls STEM Up is dedicated to making lasting and effective changes for this generation and every generation to come.

Financial Assistance for GSU 2026

If you would love to attend the GSU 2026 Annual Conference but the ticket cost is a barrier, we want to support you! This form is designed to assess financial need and prioritize students who could benefit from leftover funding for ticket reimbursement. Please note the following:

  • Filling out this form does not guarantee reimbursement.

  • Students will need to purchase their own ticket upfront. If funds remain after the conference, students with demonstrated financial need may receive reimbursement.

  • Please note that only the ticket cost will be reimbursed, any additional costs like food/travel are the student's responsibility.

  • Professors sponsoring students will share a code with their classes.

Please complete the form honestly and briefly explain your circumstances in the final question. This will help us allocate any leftover funds fairly.
